
Anna Ćulibrk
Anna Ćulibrk is an oceanographer currently pursuing an MSc in Geography and Applied Geoinformatics at the University of the Aegean. Her expertise spans Earth Observation, GIS, UAV remote sensing, and advanced geospatial analysis tailored for marine and environmental applications. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marine Biosciences (UotA), where her research focused on mapping seagrass coverage using Sentinel-2 imagery. Currently, Anna’s academic research involves seabed classification utilizing deep learning techniques on high-resolution multispectral UAV imagery. She contributes to the CaReGR research project, developing cloud-based workflows in Google Earth Engine (GEE), collecting photo-interpretation and in-situ data for benthic habitat and reef monitoring. Her skills are in tools like ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Agisoft Metashape, and Python.
